How long should bleeding & cramps ultimate after have a Mirena fitted?

I had a Mirena fitted on 17 December lower than anasthetic as I had a laparoscopy for Endometreosis. I own had a time now for 16 days & hold getting the most terrible cramps. I know you can acquire prolonged bleeding after but is this normal?? This sounds disgusting but the blood isnt fresh blood any! Also the cramps feel approaching what I can only conjure up contractions feel close to (I have not have children yet) & I am getting a pressure pain surrounded by all of my lower areas! The headache subsided altho the bleeding didn't but it got worse again today! I thought I should start hunch better now but im not..please aid! Thank you Your body could be trying to expel the Mirena. Check with your gynecologist. Advil or Aleve might cut down on the headache from the cramping.
hi there i have one fited few weeks my 3rd baby be born and i bleed for a few hours after, stoped the it was in the order of 3 days after i bleed for i think it be about 8 days or so i did hold cramps when they fited it but not for tha tlong only a few hours my counsel is get on to your gp it dont nouns right girl
