How much counterweight can I lose surrounded by two weeks??

I weigh 150 and I'm 5'4 and 21 years old.I don't look cooking oil at all...adjectives my fat is surrounded by my breasts and lower stomach and thighs.I have really skinny legs and you can see my ribs on the upper segment of my body. With that kind of body, what thoughtful of exercises can I go to get hold of rid of the extra weight around my waist and thighs minus going to a gym??
And how much could I lose in two weeks if I do these excerises at most minuscule 4 days a week for about 2 hours everyday? probably 4 or I don`t know 5 pounds if you do the excersise the 4 days at 2 hours a day. if you enjoy an elliptical device at home that works wonders.. but regular excersise sit ups, push ups... walking or jogging.. squats, also boxing... even if you dont hold the gloves or bag, you can do boxing moves for upper arm workouts
I lost alot of weights surrounded by my stomach by doing Taebo by billy blanks plus i ate about 500 calories of food a light of day and drank at least one gallon of water>
