It all depends on your body. You should try to clutch it at the same time every daytime..or as close to it as possible. It's always best to use the Double Barrier method when you miss a pill or are behind schedule with one.
(Seeing as pills/shots/IUDs/diaphram/patches etc don't protect against DISEASE it is best to use condoms anyway...besides I know a honourable number of women who have still gotten pregnant on birth control)
