So, you'd lose more than a pound a day, if you progress by numbers, but our bodies aren't always that precise. It would be between 30 and 50 pounds, depending on your current counterbalance.
But, first off, I own a hard time believing if you do devour 4500 calories a day, you could possibly cut rear that much and not get extremely sick. You could well cut 4500 down to 1500 and lose weight, especially if you are exercising. And don't exercise if you are solely eating 500 a time. You won't have ample energy, and you will exhaust yourself within a very unsavoury way.
you should be ingestion about 1500 cals a time not 4500 thats way too much unless you work out adjectives day so cut final to aobut 2000 if u cant do 1500 and if you work out and eat hearty ull lose weight nearly 1-2 pounds a week is usualy normal
