How to attain a quickly metabolism because immediately im 150 i lost 10 lbs ?

1) Moderate exercise after respectively meal - approaching a 30-minute walk, but even a 5- or 10- minute hike will work.
2) Increase lean protein like fish, chicken, & tofu, or eggs. Eat next to non-starchy vegetables. Eliminate white bread & anything made with white flour & white sugar.
3) High-fiber breakfast.
4) Some humane of exercise upon waking within the morning -- even 5 minutes. Makes a huge difference in metabolism.
5) Don't dally too long after waking to devour.

You involve to start exercising to increase your metabolism. (And of course own a healthy diet beside whole grain, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and well fats).
You should start an exercise program that involves both aerobics (ex. running, biking, eliptical, etc) and anaerobic (i.e. strength training) activities.

Exercises increases the BMR (base metabolic rate), and the BMR can remain increased after 30 minutes of moderate physical activity. For plentiful people, the basal metabolic rate can be increased for approximately 48 hours after the entertainment.. This means, for example, that after the physical buzz, when a person is sitting and watching small screen, the body is using more calories than usual.
Also, exercise will build muscle mass, which also increases BMR.
Finally, green tea is often mentioned to be a metabolic accelerator, although I'd recommend chitchat to your doc before starting to pinch that, especially if you're pregnant or have special conditions.
