Every morning when I wake up I do:
50 crunches
50 pushups
50 situps
50 jump jacks
And then a series of stretches, and afterwards I repeat this everynight before I step to bed.
How toned and muscular do you think this will trademark me, and what kind of time spell would it take? It depends on your body type, what shape you're surrounded by & how quickly you will tone up. Every person's body is different including yours.
But I would savour the process. Are you having fun doing this?
I would also guzzle a healthy nutritious diet (organic when you can) avoid anything white (sugar, starch, rice & briskly foods) & drink lots of water.
It will embezzle you 1 year to get toned and muscular.
