How to use a tampon?

ok i started the period a long time ago but i havent needed to use a tampon but thank goodness!! but in a minute im thinking that im gonna have to draw from it over with especially since i play alot of sports but wat do i do?? near are directions in the tampon box.
but some
playtex sport is honourable if u play sports.
each box have directions.

Some come with a short time tube that you use to insert them. Also putting a little lubricant/vaseline on the ruin helps beside insertion until you get the suspend of it. Good luck.
