How to increase my counterweight, hips, n bum??

how to increase my weight hips n bum?? i am a size 6 n sumtimes the jeans are still slack!! i find that fella's will find me very repulsive and would like to no how to put on solidity?? because i do eat at a regular foundation n often in that very fatty foods but dont seem to be to be gettin anywhere and want to have a bum!! Do squats and lunges to shape your reverse. Don't try to make your butt round, make it muscular!
Go to sleep after you hold eaten. your metabolism slows down which by my experience works to gain some counterweight.
Also you must practice your bum some. Play squash it works.
If yoy have practised your bum for a couple of months next stop and you will see it grow baby! Ever see a squash player with small bums. immediately thats a question for you!
