How to over come the apprehension of using tampons?

Ok, I am thirteen and haven't had my interval yet. I own used pads in the past, on those occasions where on earth you think you are getting one. Anyway, I am panicky of sticking a tampon... "in there". I know I am going to hold to use one though because I dance and a wipe would show through you leotard. Any advice? Are tampons not easy to use, is it scary? What are the risks? Thanks! :) They are not complicated to use at all! I started my spell when I was 13, and I used them on my first extent!
It may take a few tries to insert it correctly, but it is ok, it will come well with practice. Just, when you are inserting it, relaxxxxx! And angle it towards your vertebrae. You cannot feel them at adjectives, if they are in correctly. If you can grain it, then you may want to push it in further, which you can do well with your finger. Don't verbs, it can't get lost. But they definetlely do not hurt.
I be a little worried the first time, but now it is a breeze.
The single way that in that is a risk to using a tampon is if you ever leave it contained by for more than 6-8 hours. This can result it a RARE but dangerous disease call Toxic Shock Syndrome, but it isn't a problem if you take them out every 6-8 hours.
Tampons are SO much better than pad. You can move easier and not feel drizzling, and they are great for dance.
it is really no big do business!! after you do it, it is nothing. i dont wear them everyday but i tryed it! and also nil bad will happne to you b/c within made for u to put "in there" and if they werent afterwards you wouldnt have to put it up near!! so just try it and do it on a year where u will home adjectives day so u enjoy time to get used to the consciousness of it. and also u only enjoy to do it when you go to leap class so u will be fine!
