Well for respective frame size (small, medium and large) for 5'6 here are the weights respectively should be:
120-133 small
130-144 medium
140-159large
If you own a small frame, you're at the right weight... if you hold a larger frame, you're underweight. If you haven't lost anything in two months you're body have probably hit the lowest weight it requirements to be.
ideally 120-130
