How much sleep does a 12 year weak inevitability?

It is half historic 10 and im 12 and i am getting up at half former 6. how much sleep do i need
also i can never take to sleep even if i am tired. I just lay for ages and it doesnt work, what help sleep? Just turn off any clatter. You usually need give or take a few 9 hours, but I normally simply get 8.
8-10 hours is honest.
