I am 13 and I weigh 125. I'm 5'3" and i dont exactly exercise daily. I want to loose nearly 10-15 pounds. Dont tell me that I'm not overweight, i know im not i newly want to loose some weight! and dont report me that i dont need to be worrying roughly speaking calorie intake. How many calories should I consume day by day so that I can loose some weight?? How long will it rob me? I want to be healthy. Thanks for your sustain.
Shadow normally you should hold 2500 but if you want to lose weight devour between 1000-1500 and dont eat bread, pasta and rice or anythin sweet.. trust me this will work cos i lost 20 pounds following this diet! and im 15 btw
